Pay-per-month technical support:

- Remote server and network monitoring - as long as IT support maintenance contract is active.
- 15% discount on our hourly rates - where remote problem solving / onsite visits are required.
Pay-per-year IT support:
- Pay a fixed pre-agreed amount per computer per year.
- Free telephone / Email/Live support included.
- Remote Server and Network monitoring.
- Three Free onsite visits per year for preventative maintenance, security checks.
- 25% discount on our hourly rates - where onsite visit or remote problem solving is required.
